3/2010: Information on transactions of the Member of the Board of the Issuer

The Management Board Wawel S.A. informs that on 27.01.2010 received the notice from the the Member of the Supervisory Board of Issuer (Obliged person) on the transactions in the shares of the Issuer in 2009.

The Obliged Person within 21.05.2009 - 26.06.2009 traded the shares of WAWEL S.A., selling 100 shares of the Issuer at the price 215,00 PLN/pc. The value of made transactions did not exceed the equivalent of 5,000.00 EUR.
