5/2010: The change in shares possession of the Issuer

The Management Board of Wawel S.A. informs that on 05.03.2010, it has received an information from Aviva PTE Aviva BZ WBK S.A. seated in Warsaw at Prosta Str. 70, saying that due to closing the deal of sale of Wawel’s shares dated on February 26, 2010, Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK („Aviva OFE”) decreased the share in the general number of votes of the Issuer is less than 5%.

The possessed shares before the change on March 1, 2010 Aviva OFE owned 75.498 shares which constituted 5,03% of share in the initial share and gave the right to 75.498 votes at the GMS of the Issuer, that constituted 5,03% in the general number of votes.

The possessed shares after the change on March 3, 2010 Aviva OFE owned 65.498 shares which constitute 4,37 % of share in the initial share and give the right to 65.498 votes at the GMS of the Issuer, that constitutes 4,37% in the general number of votes.
