7/2010: Dividend declaration

The Management Board of Wawel S.A. informs that it will apply to the Supervisory Board of Issuer for positive opinion of the Management's recommendation concerning pay out of the dividend for the year 2009 in the amount PLN 10.00 per one share.

The proper application of the Issuer’s Management Board on paying out the dividends to the shareholders for the year 2009 will be submitted to be assessed by the Supervisory Board pursuant to the art. 382 § 3 of the Commercial Companies Code and par. 16 of the Issuer’s Articles of Association.

The final decision concerning the profit division for the year 2009 will be taken by the General Meeting of the Issuer’s Shareholders.
