3/2010: Correction of the report concerning the information on the transactions of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer

The Management Board of Wawel S.A. submits a correction concerning the current report informing about the transactions of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer in 2009

The current report No. 3/2010 of 27.01.2010 r., in which the Issuer informs about the transactions of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer in 2009 stated that:

„Between 21.05.2009 and 26.05.2009 the Obliged Person traded the shares of WAWEL S.A., selling 100 shares of the Issuer at the price of PLN 215.00 each”.

Below there is the content of the aforementioned sentence including the precise data containing information on the transactions in question, dividing them into the particular trading days.

Between 21.05.2009 and 26.05.2009 the Obliged Person traded the shares of WAWEL S.A., selling 100 shares of the Issuer at the price of PLN 215.00 each, however:

- 24 shares were sold at the price of PLN 215.00 each on 21.05.2009,

- 76 shares were sold at the price of PLN 215.00 each on 26.05.2009.
