8/2010: Dividend declaration

On 28.04.2010 the Management Board of Wawel S.A. adopted resolution under which states to submit to the Supervisory Board the application on disposal of the worked profit by the Company in 2009 in the amount 32,051,037.66 PLN with the proposal of division. The said application will be submitted to the Supervisory Board of the Company according to the art. 382 § 3 of the Commercial Companies Code and par. 16 of the Issuer’s Articles of Association.

The Management Board recommends the pay out of the dividend in the amount 10,00 PLN per one share.

The profit division will be as follows:

- Dividend in the amount: 14,997,550.00 PLN,

- Supplementary capital in the amount: 17,053,487.66 PLN.

After agreement with the National Deposit of Securities S.A., the Management Board of the Issuer will propose the following terms for dividend:
- date when the right to dividend will be set (so called D day) - 01.07.2010,
- date when the dividend will be paid ( so called W day) - 15.07.2010.

The final decision concerning the profit division for the year 2009 will be taken by the General Meeting of the Issuer’s Shareholders.
