10/2010: Selection of the entity authorized to examine the financial statements

The Management Board of Wawel S.A. informs that on 28.04.2010 the Wawel’s Supervisory Board, on the basis of recommendation of the Audit Committee, selected the company Roedl Audit Sp. z o.o seated in Warsaw ul. Prosta 51 in order to perform the review of the financial statement prepared pursuant to the state as of 30.06.2010 and examine of the financial statement prepared pursuant to the state as of 31.12.2010. The selection of the entity authorized to examine the financial statements was carried out complying with the binding regulations and professional standards.
The company Roedl Audit Sp. z o.o. is entered into the list of entities authorized to examine the financial statements (kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors) under the No. 2623.
The company Roedl Audit Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw performed in the period 2008 - 2009 the review of the six-month financial statements and examination of the annual financial statements. Moreover in the period 2008 - 2009 the company Roedl Audit Sp. z o.o. rendered other audit services.
