14/2010: Information on intention to put the proposal on changes in the content of the resolutions 16 and 19 at the Ordinary General Meeting of Wawel S.A.

The Management Board of Wawel S.A. informs that on 15.06.2010 it received from Aplico Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter “Fund”) information that on the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholder on 16^th June 2010 the proxy of the Fund will put the proposal on changes in the content of the resolution No. 16 (deleting § 4 from the resolution) and 19 (deleting § 2 from the resolution).

The content of the resolution projects in the meaning proposed by the Fund is attached.
