20/2010: Approval of the changes in the Issuer's Articles of Association

6.07.2010 The Wawel S.A. Management Board informs that on 06.07.2010 the Issuer received the decision of the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Cracow, XI Business Department of the National Court Register on entry to the National Court Register the changes in the Articles of Association.
The uniform text of the Articles of Association (including the changes), after being established by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 16.06.2010, was announced on 16.06.2010 in the current report No. 18/2010.
The said changes in the Articles of Association result from the necessity to adjust the Company’s Articles of Association to the current provisions of the Code of Commercial Companies and the line of the Supreme Court’s judicial decisions. The Court registered changes as for 29.06.2010.
