2/2012: Information on transactions of the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer

The Management Board Wawel S.A. informs that on 31.01.2012 received the notice from the the Member of the Supervisory  Board of Issuer (Obliged person) on the transactions in the shares of the Issuer in 2011.

The Obliged Person on 01.07.2011 traded the shares of WAWEL S.A., selling 40 shares of the Issuer at the price 495,00 PLN/pc. The value of made transactions did not exceed the equivalent of 5,000.00 EUR.
