Plain Chocolate Extra 90% Wawel among the most innovative food products of 2017

The research company Mintel has selected 12 inspiring innovations which, through their communication and properties, are in line with the trends of the global food and beverage market in 2018. 

Among them was Plain Chocolate 90% Extra Wawel with an improved recipe as part of the pioneering project Good Ingredients. It ensures that the brand’s sweets do not contain unnecessary additives and improving agents – in plain chocolates there is no palm oil, and other products are also without colourings, unnecessary preservatives or artificial flavours. The website dedicated to consumers, open to the growing expectations of customers, promoting the implemented changes of the brand, was also recognised by Mintel experts, The recognised, innovative design of Wawel is a perfect illustration of one of the trends for 2018, which speaks about the growing need to increase the level of transparency and communication with consumers.
