The Wawel brand has been given awards many times in the prestigious “Złoty Paragon 2019 – Nagroda Kupców Polskich” poll.

Wawel brand once again won awards in one of the most important FMCG market events in Poland – the “Złoty Paragon 2019 – Nagroda Kupców Polskich” competition. Wawel won the Złoty Paragon (1st place) in the key category and 2 additional special awards.

As many as three Wawel products were recognised in the prestigious industry poll “Złoty Paragon 2018 – Nagroda Kupców Polskich”. Plain Chocolate 70% Cocoa 100 g won awards in the key category of Chocolate bars, winning first place and the Złoty Paragon. Choco & Peanut candies 280 g won a distinction in the packaged Chocolate products category , and fruit jellies with Fresh & Fruity filling 160 g in the category of Non-chocolate sweets. The Wawel brand was also awarded a special Złoty Paragon statuette – the Editorial Board Award – for setting new standards in sweets recipes and an information campaign within the “Good Ingredients ” programme, as well as for activities in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility.

The “Złoty Paragon” poll awards the best FMCG products with the highest market sales share. 375 products in 61 categories were submitted to this year’s edition of the competition. The awarding of prestigious statuettes and distinctions took place on 24 May 2018 during a ceremonial gala at the Warsaw Kamienica Theatre.
